FREEDOM of BREATH INTEGRATION
...The ego is neither bad nor an enemy, but merely an illusion to release so something far better can replace it"
Gary R. Renard
Breath Integration is an internal process of pure consciousness and awareness in the present moment. When you combine conscious connected breathing with the process of thinking, feeling and sensing, you find yourself capable of an intuitive understanding of reality which is far beyond intellectual, emotional or physical perceptions. You are the only one responsible for any transformation and it is not dependent on an external process.
Breath Integration has no techniques, philosophy or belief system to entrap a person into a particular mode of thinking and acting. Every belief whether positive or negative, carries the seed of imprisonment because it creates an internal response which governs the way a person then reacts to outside stimuli. For example, if the internal response to a situation is fear or anger which is then judged as in-appropriate and too painful to feel, then this fear and anger are generally suppressed creating stress, tension and resistance or “dis-ease” in the body. And what happens to a dead rat when it is swept under the carpet? It festers and smells.......
Medical science says that every disease (LACK OF EASE) is stress related.
Breath Integration is about carefully examining the feelings that come from our beliefs. If an outside event is potentially dangerous but a person doesn't see or interpret it as dangerous, then the fight/flight is not activated. Thus, it is not the environment but our interpretation of a response based upon belief systems and the philosophy that the world is dangerous, that activates stress.
When the feelings and the resistance to feeling the emotion is made fully conscious, the feelings, belief and the resulting behaviour patterns permanently integrate. This is freedom!
Zen suggests, “Don’t seek the truth, just drop your opinions.”
